there is just something so absolutely bonkers about jacen going back in time to experience anakin skywalker's mindset during the siege of the jedi temple to prove to himself he isnt doing the wrong thing by considering the path of the sith.

because at least doesnt feel the same rabid-fury-anxious-pain-filled-fear-of-loss that anakin felt throughout operation knightfall?

uh jacen, the man had been fighting a war non stop for 3 years, lost his mother and his padawan, had been groomed since he was a child, hadnt slept or eaten for nearly 6 days, was having prophetic visions of his dying pregnant wife while being a double crossing two timing spy for the two people he loved the most during an intergalactic conflict. he really isnt the benchmark for right vs wrong at the point in time 😅
