Level 3: Practicing Self Love - Day 1: What is your power base?
My first power base: emotional pillar
- When I would be in pain, I would process it emotionally by crying and venting to my significant other and friends. My relationship with my family wasn’t close when I was 1st out of high school. And I would internalize my pain and cry by myself and went to my significant other. But my significant others wouldn’t understand my pain.
My 2nd power base: mental pillar
- More recently in the last 2 years I’ve been more into my mental pillar being my power base. This is because I’ve been journaling more and more recently have been video and voice recording. I have been able to get out my feelings and frustrations in voice and video recording.
