You drive a hard bargain but fine, I’m in. Just don’t expect me to make it for you. [ Xander rose to his feet languidly, not in any particular rush to head back to his place of work ]

[Juliette didn't feel the need to rush, simply to get her daily dose of coffee.] Fair enough. I'm just glad that someone is walking with me.

Carson turned with his hands in his pocket as he heard the more or less angry plee from the woman. He had nothing to do this afternoon and honestly, when did he say no to beauty? “I can take you for coffee.” He said with a gallant smile.

"You're my new best friend!" Of course, Juliette was pretty much only kind because he was now offering to pay for her coffee, or at least he sounded like it. Besides, Carson had a reputation for being a gentleman, and the gentlemanly thing to do was pay for it. But she still had on that fake, sugary sweet smile and her fingers shook out her hair gently. "Thank you."
