When Draco is sentenced to a probation term of fourteen years, his future looks grim. Not only does he have to surrender his passport, but he is forbidden from having any contact with his beloved Mum. He lives in scruffy rooms on Knockturn Alley, works long hours as an Apothecary Apprentice and doesnât feel like he has much of a future.
Everything changes on the third of December, 1999. That evening Harry Potter sits beside Draco in the Thestral Tavern, returns his wand and asks to take his photograph with a Muggle Polaroid camera.
