The realm is divided, yes. I'm still under the impression a kind albeit inbred man is better than a drunk. I am still a lady and a proper lord doesn't speak so crassly to a lady. Still political. And I did not arrange my marriage, but I am loyal to my husband all the same.

I do understand, I'm expected to play with Tyrion and keep him occupied far more than I would care to. It is our duty to look after our family though. My family have no desire to rule the Seven Kingdoms, and Robert may seem a controversial choice, yes, but he’s the exact opposite to the Targaryens which is exactly what Westeros needs. Nearly three hundred years of the same ruling family isn’t healthy. Besides, Robert Baratheon would never kill innocent children.

Robert is a controversial choice, there is no maybe about it. A drunk king is hardly better than a mad king.  He is the opposite of some Targaryens, yes. If you truly applied that logic, all the noble houses in Westeros would be overthrown by lesser ones. How long have the Starks held the North or the Tyrells the South? Neither would Rhaegar Targaryen. There is a reason he wants to take his father's place as king. He cares about the realm.

I’ve been doing well thank you. The city is rather deserted as of late, and my lord husband is busy much more often than before, leaving me to myself, or with my younger son, more often than not.

Arthur is usually at my side. Jaime protects the King with Lord Commander Gerold Hightower most of the time.

That is good to hear. I imagine that must be rather nice, the time alone or with your son. I'm sure Viserys is happy for the time with you. 

Rhaegar would be happy to know you have the best protecting you.

Of course you are, my lady. Of course you are. Perhaps then, you can see why I would like an end to the Targaryen reign all together. People say Rhaegar has potential to be great, but they said the same thing of Aerys at the beginning of his reign. Incest has made them all the same, all insane.

I am, yes, though I do see you don't believe it. I could perhaps see why if it was your family you were putting on the throne, but the man you've chosen to crown hardly seems a king. Rhaegar isn't his father. He's a kind man and he recognizes his father's madness. I beg to differ. No family is all the same. My brothers are hardly my father just as Rhaegar is hardly his.

If we were the rulers, things might have been different. But indeed, We’re much more needed than they would like to admit. Perhaps not the large blade and armor, but I have known a girl who was quite able to defend herself with a knife. Unfortunatly she was indeed killed and labeled as crazy. I’ve seen too many senseless men with swords lately, they can praise themselves lucky they are not truely at the battlefield yet. I hope you survive as well and I can take you up on the offer. Yes, I suppose everyone would be busy with wartime duties. It is nice to hear that my son is doing well. I do miss him so.

Your brother is kept very busy by my lord husband and his by his side almost constantly. I believe he trusts his skills moreso than most of the other on the Kingsguard.

I wouldn't say that, your grace. Everyone is just occupied as you would imagine which just leaves a lot of sitting around for me. Rhaegar is doing well, though.

Is my brother alright? He hasn't responded to my letters which is unlike him.
