Sorry if I don't publish all your ask anon but I don't want other k fans writing to me for this ask. I don't know where the truth lies, though, and it's certainly true that he's missed out on some opportunities with certain directors due to developments in recent years, as we know. But if he'd signed the contract for Wonka 2, he certainly wouldn't have turned it down; he probably wants to do something else first. And also the production of the movie isn't interested now in Wonka 2

I doubt he accepts the sequel if the film is in any way like the first film. Don't think he's interested in being a conservative actor like Gina Carano.

Gina has every right to her politics but Armie has never expressed conservative politics and has often said either liberal views or has also doesn't like either major political party in America.

Have you or other Charmies seen Citizen Vigilante? I’ve seen terrible reviews, but also see Elon Musk supposedly praising the film. Would love to hear what Charmies think of this Armie comeback movie.

I absolutely saw the film, and after the first moment, I was obviously really happy about the success the film was having, regardless of any judgment. In my opinion, that's what he needed to make a comeback.

But the people who watched it are not interested in Armie and so al least apparently this is certainly not a springboard for having other important roles.

I saw the film. I’m happy about the success it had (I was terrified!) and that everyone talked about Armie (to the point of calling him a hero, when the day before we know what they were calling him!🤦‍♀️) and I confirm that a large part of these new "fans' don’t know Armie at all, nor his filmography. The film was massacred (in my opinion even too much, honestly) by the critics and praised but also heavily instrumentalized. I don’t think it will be the film of Armie’s glorious and well-deserved comeback, who, despite the low budget, the poor screenplay and all the imperfections, once again showed us a great performance that is obviously that of an A-list actor like him!

I sincerely hope with all my heart to see him soon with directors who will know how to bring out the best in him, in a role that will bring him back to where he belongs.

Thank you anon , I have to admit this could be an explanation . And it's good.

Even though I desperately miss his previous look, the roles he chose, and his style that for me was completely different from the others actors from his generation , I have to admit that it will be interesting to see what else this transformation will bring to his career.

What I don't like at all it's the timing of all this.
