Half an hour later (and me being almost as nervous as Cam as I watched Dr. Pancakes perform the sims version of a c-section and accidentally remove Piper’s heart, squirt medical glue at her, and then the machine trying to fight itself 👀), Piper delivers a baby girl, who she and Cam decide to name Nalani Ava Kang-Hecking. Nalani after Piper’s great auntie Nalani Mahi’ai, and Ava after her tài pó (great-grandmother) Ava Chen. I’ll be honest, I was almost tearing up as Piper looked over at the crib with a smile. 🥹🩷 Unfortunately, some glitch sent Nalani back home, so I took a photo of her in the crib once Piper and Cam came home from the hospital.
Is anyone else having this issue? I get into a world , select a family I want to play, it then goes to loading screen but instead of bringing me into a lot it brings me back to World maps?
I have removed script mods, Overrides and other random cc objects and still the same issue. I'm considering doing the 50/50 method but wanted to see if anyone else has come across this and if any solutions have been found?
Piper and Cam arrive at the hospital 20 minutes later. The moon’s light combined with the hospital’s bright lights almost makes the snow around them glow and look like an alien landscape, but Cam is too panicked to really notice. She and Piper head inside, where they get checked in and Piper tries to do the breathing exercises she’s read about. She’s still terrified about giving birth, but happy for her nooboo to be arriving any minute and be in her and Cam’s arms. While she and Cam wait, she texts her group chat, who is now in a full flurry over the news. Almost 20 messages, as well as gifs and stickers, have appeared, and her moms, in-laws, brother, cousins, aunties, and uncles have sent her well wishes for the delivery.
Luna: You got this, nooboo. Your Ma and I are casting a spell to ensure your safe delivery and labor. 💛
Chrissy: You’ll be okay Pipes, Cammy is with you. Mom and I will check in as soon as we can. 💛
Piper grins at her mom’s messages before wincing as another contraction hits. Cam, who’s calmer now too, gives her a reassuring smile as a doctor calls their name and they head down the long hallway together. “I’m here, Pipes,” she says quietly. “I know.” Piper says, giving Cam a smile back as she changes into a hospital gown and sits down at the machine that helps deliver babies and perform other surgeries.
My little one and I were at P.'s place. I looked after Annabell with Lucas, while Philip was working and at university. It looked kind of messy here?... I just thought I had to help P.!! Annabell's stuff was lying around everywhere, the floor was full of toys and clothes.
I know Philip isn't the neatest guy when it comes to his apartment. He doesn't have the time, but also doesn't have the patience to clean up here every day. But maybe I can help him and Annabell? I thought about teaching Annabell to put away her toys in a... playful way. Let's see if that works? And hopefully P. doesn't mind me cleaning up his place!! 😬
With Coraline and Samson having their own house they had offered Malcolm a room there when he was in town for work. Unfortunately sometimes he’d be in town and they would both be away- Coraline at gym tournaments, Samson on placements. Guess who was left to entertain him when that happened?
Malcolm: She seems to be sitting here
Byron: She’s a superstar, aren’t you Tchai?
Malcolm: If she’s still not sitting in the high chair you could look into physical therapy
Byron: She doesn’t need that, she just needs to be an infant. She’ll learn, won’t you jitterbug?

Touma: Mais velhos? Recém formados na escola?
Mayra: Universitários! Eles costumam dar festas, não é?! Meu filho saía à noite para essas festas.
Touma: Ele saía escondido, então?!
Mayra: Não! Quer dizer, no começo sim. Mas você sabe como são os jovens, principalmente meninos… Chegou um momento que eu só pedia pra ele tomar cuidado e voltar cedo… Se eu tivesse proibido ou sido mais rigorosa… (Soluça)
Touma: Nós fazemos o que está ao nosso alcance como pais, senhora. Não se culpe!
Mayra:.. Apesar disso, ele voltava pra casa no horário combinado. Continuava sendo o meu Kurt de sempre, mas aí…
Touma: Quer uma água?
Mayra: Não… Eu só quero falar logo e ir embora (pausa) Kurt começou a brigar, chegava em casa cheio de hematomas e começou a ficar malcriado também. Ele falava alto, xingava, vivia estressado e inquieto.
Touma: Isso foi…?
Mayra: Alguns meses antes da formatura dele na escola. Depois ele passou um tempo sem brigar, os hematomas até sumiram, mas aí ele foi pego pela polícia por vandalismo…
Mayra: Não consigo entender como o meu menino mudou tanto assim… E de repente ele… ele…
Touma: Sinto muito! Você sabe se algum amigo próximo dele estava envolvido nisso junto do Kurt?
Advogada: Minha cliente não está bem, eu gostaria de levá-la embora.
Sasha: Calma, já está acabando. Sra. Gill está falando tudo por livre e espontânea vontade, então vamos deixar ela concluir.
Sasha: Escute, Sra. Advogada, eu sei que há coisas que devem ser guardadas em segredo. Mas não acha que seria melhor falar sobre a Espectro Systems?
Advogada: Como é? (coça a garganta) o filho da minha cliente trabalhava meio período lá, o que tem de anormal?
Sasha: Engraçado… ele foi detido por invasão de sistemas, não foi? Será que já tinha relação com o trabalho?
Advogada: Ele era um garoto solitário! Não tinha muitos amigos no trabalho. E essa linha de perguntas é absolutamente inapropriada. Estamos aqui pra fazer justiça pelo assassinato do filho da Sra. Gill e não para insinuar que ele tenha sido culpado de algo, oficial.
Sasha: Claro… ninguém aqui está negando que ele seja a vítima. Só achei curioso que esse fato não tenha sido mencionado.
Advogada: Sra. Gill está mencionando tudo que seja relevante para o caso ou que o capitão esteja perguntando.
Sasha: Isso é bom.
