Hi, I’m Simmisstrait, The creator behind Simcrest.
Some of you may already know me from my main page, where I share custom poses for The Sims 4. While I love creating poses, I’ve started to really enjoy building as well, and I’m growing more confident and skilled with each lot I create
Simcrest was created as a separate space fully dedicated to my builds for those who enjoy detailed lots, immersive environments, and realistic gameplay.
By separating my content, my main page can stay focused on poses, while this space is entirely for building lovers.
⭐ What I Create
All lots are set as residential for easy access through poses and gameplay, but you’re free to change the lot type in-game.
I create a wide variety of builds, including parks (such as playgrounds and dog parks), shops and small businesses (including full street builds), holiday and family homes, nature focused lots, animal related builds, and medical spaces like hospitals and a dentist.
❗ All builds include CC. File sizes may vary depending on the size and detail of the lot, so please make sure your device can handle larger CC folders.
All of my older lots from my previous channel will gradually be moved here. This may take some time, but everything will be organized here moving forward.
