Tried to play.

Ran Sims4 on my laptop. I had a random save, IDK what I was doing with it. But it had like 5 cats and an infant? Was I doing a challenge and got bored? ANYWAY, I learned today that my infant override DOES in fact still work. Because what the fuck infants are insufferable? They're trying to go night night but they're literally just shouting? To be fair, they're still annoying in my game. They just don't do the screm every time they want to nap lol. So anyway

I'm thinking I either need to reinstall sims 2 and play with Knut Futa again

Or I need to figure out how to break sims 3 without it just telling me "no"

Or I need to work on my sims 4 mods. If I can't play I may as well mod.

I just really hate my job.

After I fixed the resolution option I realised my folder was clean.

Why did I do that? Nobody knows.

Took me an hour just to reinstall my sims store purchases

But then I remembered they're all from a literal glitch that gave me 5k sims points and I am laugh

I tried to play again today, but am endlessly frustrated with building. I understand that the game wasn't designed to handle 4 floors of basement pool rooms.

But moving a circular room or a platform shouldn't be this mysterious.

I got my game working but simulation lag kicks in within 5-10 minutes. I currently need to decide between: 1. Bring Bus over to save #3 and bring along the 160+ children, then surprised Pikachu face when that save starts to slow down. 2. Bring Bus over to a completely new save, give up on 1k babies dream and try not to marry Wolfgang Munch. 3. Bring Bus over to a completely new save where every townie is Wolfgang Munch. 4. Continue to bitch and moan about my broken game.

Okay update, it wasn't mods - it was my household. Or the plot or whatever. This is the ending to a multiple month saga - I'm sure you don't need the beginning or the middle. Back up your saves! I only do it AFTER something breaks these days lmao
