hi there! i have recently been getting some issues with xml file stuff? here's a rundown of what it says when i click on any download button or a file within a folder: "This XML file does not appear to have any style information associated with it. The document tree is shown below: <error><code>bad request</code><Message>Your request was not formed properly</Message></error>. it's happening every time i try to download or go further into a folder and it's really annoying? :( thank you!
I’m sorry for the late reply! This happens if you’ve accidentally set your browser to open .package files, instead of saving them. How to fix this depends on your browser, but you can normally find the option in settings, or in the Downloads window.
Shortened download links only seem to work once and that's it. Whenever I click the link a second time, the page doesn't load. I've deleted the pages from my history and tried across multiple browsers, it still does the same thing. :(
Hi there. When you click the link the second time, the file should just download - check your download history.

Hello, could you tell me how to permanently delete / disable the user profile in SFS? I already deleted all my files but I also want the option mentioned above. I inform you that it will not be possible to make confirmation of email to delete, since it has about two months + or- that definitely deletes my email simmer. Thank you!
