Maxis Neighborhood Asphalt-Free Alleys

Maxis neighborhood alleys without asphalt. I’m not sure if this has been done before, but since I couldn’t find it, I decided to make it myself.

I also included a variation: the same as the top-left one, but without the graffiti wall.

Sims 1 Hot Date Sidewalk Floors

I made the Sims 1 Hot Date sidewalk floors compatible with the Sims 2 Maxis sidewalk!

Unfortunately, I don't remember where I got the original versions, so please let me know if you recognize them.

Basic Shelves with Slots, Slaved to AL Shelf

I converted the display from this set on AroundTheSims and created two additional meshes by editing it. The shelf parts are slaved to the AL shelf, and the metal parts are slaved to the one on the far right.

The set includes four objects and one recolor: two mirrors (left and right, since I didn’t want to have to use the snapobjectstogrid cheat to place the mirrors correctly), a rug, a clothing booth, and a Maxis jewelry stand recolor. You need to use the moveObjects cheat in order to place the mirrors.

For the jewelry stand, you need this CEP Extra to prevent it from reverting to the default color on community lots.

UPDATE [18.07.2025]: Updated catalog descriptions and prices; fixed the Daisy Rug’s mesh and GUID issue. The price for the clothing booth now matches the cheap Maxis booth, and mirrors cost 10 simoleons each. The Daisy Rug’s price is set to 333 simoleons, as it was in The Sims 1. The clothing booth can now be purchased from residential lots.

I made Old Town for the Sims 2! 

The neighborhood actually includes lots for every sub-hood in the Sims 1. In this version all lots are empty. I recently-ish rebuilt all Sims 1 lots in the Sims 4 and I am not ready to do that all-over in the Sims 2 right now. 😅

Servo Help

I used Pescado's No Servo Chores mod for a while. Yesterday I deleted the mod but Servos still don't do chores 🙁 Has anyone experienced this before?

So the problem was with some lots in the neighborhood. After cleaning the lots using this method the problem is solved! 😊
