Playing in my world 💕 I don't think I care about the snow tearing through the terrain. I'm loving it the way it is! I need to read up on how I can decrease lag, but I hope I can share it soon.

New Kingdom has a number of ports for houseboats, but damn, I had no idea how slow they are. Even upgrading the motor to a faster boat, it was taking my test sim hours in-game to move to a different port. (There might be a little lag still, too, which I'm working to reduce, but it seems like it's mostly on the water.) They also go through everything, like zero spatial awareness lol. Sooo anyway, love houseboats and the ports, but probably better living on land.
I love the idea of the Breed out the Ugly challenge, but I don't want to play it, so I like having my weirdo girlie Ugga Fugg living in my world and watching Story Progression play the challenge out. My world is populated! But if you download it and don't want Ugga, I won't be offended. She lives in this purple trailer.
I'm neeeearly finished with a house that's super loosely based on Walt Disney's home. Okay so they really don't look that similar lol (and it'd maybe be better if I allowed myself to use CC; I have some perfect wall ivy), but it has that vibe and it's going to be a great home for kids! A bit more landscaping and that's it. I don't think I'm a great builder, but I think I've grown a bit over the course of this project. Can't wait to be done and play The Sims again (although I already started building another world).
Hard to believe, but I think I'm almost done with this world.
we are so back
I took a break from The Sims after Origin officially shut down and getting frustrated about Edit in Game not working for me after trying a million things. But I read a comment on YouTube a couple days ago that triggered an idea - long story short, I'm finally back to being able to edit my world. Couldn't believe it when EIG actually loaded.
My game previously was like, not showing me what was really CC or Store content. I'm slowly putting all that in, but now I'm realizing how much Store stuff is in my world, so I'm trying to change that a little. There's still going to be some because it's just really good stuff - every Sims 3 player should have them.
Anyway, I'm happy to be back in TS3 again.
New Kingdom - rabbit holes
Hiding kegs around town. The sims will always find it.
New Kingdom - with pops of Old.
