thank you all so much for participating!! i'm sorry i couldn't do all of your suggestions (obviously), but i hope you still can find your faves here :)
(and if you really really want me to draw your faves you can commission me *twirls hair*)
after a long day of doing laundry for the entire neighborhood, i walk into my kitchen and cook an amazing gourmet feast, which i then eat entirely while crouched in the corner set aside for dining. afterwards, i tuck my son into solitary confinement before making the long trek down the master bedroom hallway to bed, where i settle in with my wife who just finished bathing in our second bathroom's indoor swimming pool
This is very silly, but not as silly as I thought it was going to be. Making the largest room of the house the laundry is even harder in a game that doesn't have any laundry objects or functionality, but I managed.
As you can see, the floor plan doesn't match up exactly, but that's due to the Sims 2 building tools being less flexible and not letting you measure walls etc in halves.
You enter into the kitchen (and tiny dining nook) with an open plan that opens immediately to the living room.
The next room of note is the main bathroom, which is quite spacious and accommodating for guests and household members alike.
But it's not the only bathroom; the master bedroom has been downsized in order to prioritise a cavernous ensuite replete with his & hers sinks, twin showers, and a hot tub. Access via the Master Bedroom Corridor.
There is a sparsely decorated guest bedroom...
... Which was probably supposed to be a kid's room, except your kid is weird and elected to live in what should've been the utility closet. This room is just big enough to fit a bunk bed but I wanted a vanilla game alternative. A kid could sleep here, listen to music, and... that's about it.
And now, the elephant in the room house - the 22.5% dominant laundry. Run as a home business with access from the street, it actually makes the whole concept slightly less absurd. Narratively, it's a dry-cleaning and laundromat service. In-game, customers can purchase clothing from the clothes racks, and you could easily charge tickets.
They're eco-friendly, too.
This whole thing is obviously ridiculous BUT it was a lot of fun, and if any of you want to witness it for yourselves, I decided to upload the packaged lot here. It's CC-free but not everything might be placed in the right way, and you might need "shiftable everything" to fix them.
you know i used to think that a dozen was the same as a thousand. the words are similar ok can you blame me?? now if this was a thousand more shitposts that would be a different story....
Dani and Clifford have been seeing each other for a while now so they decided just to move in together. Like why not? Also she needed the money to upgrade their home lol.
Now they can exercise in the same cramped space together.
It's Dani's first official match, and they won!!! They have beaten their opponent team by a whopping 6 points. But all the exhilaration and giddiness post-game was immediately overshadowed by sadness.
It's such a shame that her dearly departed team members weren't here to celebrate their first win.
It's a big day today as it's Danielle's first official game! However, she is still grieving the deaths of her team members. They practiced sooo hard for this day, only for them to perish before the actual match.
She decided to pay her respects before heading into the game. It's the only thing she can do at the moment to lessen the pain...and the guilt.
She just woke up after crying herself to sleep when Danielle saw strange lights outside the window. As if in a trance, she went outside and stared at those pretty, blinking lights.
You know what happened next.
Poor girl. As if one traumatising moment in a span of a couple of hours isn't enough...
Everything happened so fast. One moment, everything was peaceful, then the next, fire, debris, and smoke were all around her. Even as Death appeared before her, all she could do was stare in shock at the burning remains of her co-workers, her friends.
The only other survivor is her other co-worker, Xander Clavell, who was lucky enough to be caught in traffic to arrive after the meteorite hit the stadium.
Both of them were too stunned to speak.
They just watched as Death escorted their friends into the afterlife.

Rest in peace Leighton Sekemoto, Monika Sekemoto, Marty Keaton, and that other guy whom I forgot the name of.
While at work, Dani's senses were tingling. She can't erase the feeling that something was about to go wrong. She just went outside the stadium to get some fresh air when...
