“Hirayama fireworks mfg. Is a fireworks company jointly established in Yokohama in 1877 in Meiji 10 (1877) by Shinta Hirayama from Mikawa and Shigeho Iwata from Bunshima Nakazu. It seems that fireworks order was received from not only domestic but also from overseas, there is a catalog for export which was created for selling overseas. On July 31 (Sunday) in Heisei 23 (2011), we invited Mr. Takashi Sakurai of the Patent Office to the lecturer at the hall of the first floor of the Central Library to hold a lecture.
