I went to my first ever concert on the 28th, and let me just say: If you're going to your first ever concert, highly recommend Ethel Cain (If you're 18+)
Just a fantastic vibe, everyone was hot and also kind, and people were passing around joints while we waited for the venue to open. There was this one super drunk guy who was surprisingly well-spoken for how sloshed he absolutely was, and he was also very kind and fun to be around, which has never been my experience with drunks. It was fantastic.
The sad part, however, for those who may have an allergy to Propylene Glycol, the stage fog contains it. I'm allergic to stage fog. It was delightful for about half of the show, until the fog permeated the air in the enclosed venue. Then my sinuses started burning hella bad, and I had to vacate. I didn't think to look it up beforehand, but the burning sensation was so similar to when I accidentally came into contact with it before, and a quick search confirmed my suspicions.
On the brightside, the venue had a bar area outside of the concert area, so I was able to relax there and still listen to the concert on high-quality speakers. Overall it was a fun experience and I'd love to attend a concert again. Just either with a gas mask, or if it's outdoors, lol.
