Life and living is very beautiful. I very often forget that as my mind sometimes has a mind of her own. I hope this page will help me remember about people, experiences, and all things that I have and come across each day that I should be thankful, grateful, and appreciative about.

Very grateful for the roasted vegetables we had today - cauliflower, tomatoes and carrots. Simple, but lovely.

Time passes so very quickly - it is Shrove Tuesday again, and it's time to make pancakes ! Hopefully this year's pancakes will be as good as last year's. Appreciating and loving this moment and tradition.

Grateful for the blessing of a new day, the blessing of life, and the blessing to start fresh. I must remember to love a little bit more, to forgive and forget, and to try to be a better person than I was tomorrow.

Grateful for a lovely few hours with a new friend today. There is so much beauty in her mind, heart and spirit. So thankful to experience such refreshing newness that I have not experienced for a very long time.

Grateful for a really lovely day out today. First date of the year with my beloved husband, first meal out together, first and second movies in the cinema together. A simple lunch, some shoppings, and then movies. Taking one-day-at-a-time, much appreciate today ! 5th January 2019.

Had a short walk in my neighbourhood and went into a department store to just window shop. So grateful for a found bargain - a box of Fruits Marzipan that was £4.00 was reduced to £0.11 - and the product doesn't expire in a couple of months ! Very happy and grateful for this find today !

Grateful for the short reflection on moments in time in 2018; happiest moment, special moment, interesting moment, what I have learnt, what I could have done better, etc. I am so grateful to be blessed with such times that I can remember and appreciate.

Grateful for the passing of a year, and the start of a New Year ! Much has happened last year, and through the thick and thins, through all the trials and tribulations, I am so grateful there are sunshine, sparkle, and happiness in between. Here is to a much much much better year this year ! A year filled with peace, joy, happiness, wisdom, good news, good health, success, prosperity !
