Yes, here it is! The first comic of Obsidian's story is FINISHED and ready to be leashed to the public! 

Keep in mind this did take about a week to finish, so at the end of every week there will be a new page. Due to schoolwork and other daily life stresses, that may change!

FNaF AU LORE P2: Backstory & Canon Events

Things are going to happen pretty quickly in this part.

Everything is going fant-fricking-tastic for Afton. He finally has someone who he can spill all of his trauma to and spend the rest of his life with. After years of grieving over Vixen, he finally has someone who gets him. So far, he thinks his life is going great.

Obsidian is always hanging around Afton like a drugee to a drug store (if that's ever a surprise.) Besides guarding him physically, she finds that it is also her duty to protect him emotionally and mentally. In other words, she acts like a mom and cures his mood swings.

This relationship is occurring around the same time that Afton is murdering the kids. Obsidian knows this, and acts accordingly, keeping her mouth shut. If anything, the royal purple ampwave animatronic sits in the shadows and watches him do it.

Now, considering the fact that Obsidian is always in the shadows (and that she was designed to camoflouge in the darkness) hanging upside down in a meditative position near Afton, she at least knows what is going on half the time.

Because Afton is literally murdering kids right now, all of the employees are pretty suspicious of him. Keep in mind that because Afton is the only living being that Obsidian adores and has complete feelings for him and him only, she doesn't trust anybody else in that mortal life, including other animatronics (besides Vixen) and people. So one day, Obsi is hanging upside down somewhere in Fredbear's Family Diner when she hears this sudden commotion. Now, what was happening was a couple of employees were confronting Afton and trying to get him to spill what he knew about the murders. But they were doing this in a very... impolite way. As the argument started to get louder and louder, Obsidian decided to investigate and check on Afton. You know, just to make sure he was alright. When she finally arrived into the stage area where they were fighting, Obsidian shoved her way into the core of the argument and snarled angrily, "What is going ON here??"

One of the employees shoved her aside and said, "Move out of the way, bitch. This doesn't concern you." Of course they would say that, since they had no idea Afton and Obsidian were in a relationship now. They only saw her as the "unimportant, bodyguard animatronic."

Obsidian, in a fit of rage, grabbed the employee up by their throat and bared her teeth at them. "Leave Afton alone," she threatened them, staring daggers into their fearful eyes, "Or you will suffer physical consequences. That's a promise."

And with that, she threw them to the ground, watching with disgust as the employees rushed off somewhere into the shadows. Unfortunately for her, Henry was somewhere around that area. He had listened to the whole argument and had seen everything.

Because Henry had just witnessed one of "his" creations literally almost killing one of his employees, he realizes that Obsidian has become MUCH too dangerous to have around such a PG audience anymore, so she needs to be dealt with immedietly. When Obsidian was still in the process of making, Henry created a little switch that he could use to deactivate her from any distance in any situation or emergency. So that's exactly what he did. He deactivated Obsidian when she least expected it, and threw her out; far away from the diner. And he did this when Afton was no where in sight.

Now, you can imagine that Afton's favorite part about the end of his workshift is when he can come to Obsidian (he sees her ever now and then, but she still needs to follow Henry's orders so most of the time he doesn't really see her much.) Over the span of time on the night when Obsidian told him she loved him up to now, Afton has basically "hyper-obsessed" over Obsidian. So, when he comes to the spot where she's usually waiting for him, he finds that she's not there. Surprised, and a bit confused, he decides to search for her (he thinks she's finishing up work that Henry's forcing her to do.) But by the time he realizes that she is no where in the diner to be seen, it's really, really hard on him for a second. Afton isn't sure how to react because Obsidian TOLD him that she loved him! She couldn't have possibly... ditch him? Whatever had happened to her, Afton was completely devastated that she was gone. But he knew that the show had to go on without her, unknowing whether or not he would see her again.

FNaF AU LORE P1: Backstory & Canon Events

Obsidian was originally designed by both Henry and Afton to "bodyguard" both businessmen from corrupted works (if that were to ever occur in the future >:3)

Henry specifically designed her to be "sentient." In other words, burst with vivid feelings in a way that she could easily relate to humans and replicate human-like emotions with ease. He did this considering the fact that the entire franchise was centered around family-friendly audiences and he didn't particularily want Obsidian to appear dark and disturbing. In a way, he made it so that she could interact with the PG audience (if needed) as to not scare them off, even though she isn't a "well-known" animatronic.

Here's the problem: Afton was the one who came up with the idea of making a bodyguard robot, so he at least wanted some credit. But it seemed like Henry was so caught up in the investors that he didn't remember to give his business partner credit for his support or ideas. And that pissed Afton off. Hence, in an act of revenge, he decided that he would make this animatronic of Henry's "turn" against him, essentially.

When no one was looking, Afton went in and recoded Obsidian so that she would be more interested in guarding HIM rather than Henry.

Basically, if there was an attack by corrupted works, Obsidian would go straight to Afton and protect him, leaving Henry in the dust.

Yet, there must have been some sort of bug or virus when Obsidian was finally activated considering the fact that she came into the world with absolutely no emotion!

The "Y4ND3R3 VIRUS"

The only emotion she felt was seriousness, and she was extremely hyper-fixated on doing her job right.

Obsidian LOVED getting praises from Henry, aka her "boss," despite the fact that she was mainly interested in Afton.

Long story short, Obsi started to decipher the world around her once she became activated. Why was she here? What was her purpose? There were other animatronics there that she had to get used to in order to do her job right.

Once she got all of that down, Obsidian noticed the code to protect Afton, and Afton specifically. When she started to pay special attention to him, that's when she began to fall for him. HARD.

Something important to remember is that Obsidian came into this world emotionless. Understand that the Y4ND3R3 VIRUS can have an incredibly strong possession on its victim, leading to the thesis that there is often rarely a cure. The fact that Afton was able to break that barrier and allow Obsidian to feel affection, sympathy, happiness, etc... is the main reason why she feels so strongly that she must protect him with her life (considering the fact that he is the ONLY living being that can make her feel true emotions.)

Now, what I'm trying to accomplish in this AU is to make William Afton the "good guy." I know that sounds scattywompus, but I've had at least two months to come up with the perfect details that accompany my point.

As sad as it is true, Afton DOES manipulate Obsidian in the very beginning when he realizes that his plan is working. On the flip side, Afton actually looks down on Obsidian for two main reasons:

He belives that Henry stole Obsidian from him. Since Obsi was originally his idea, and his work, he believes that Henry feared that his franchise would overturn to Afton and over one simple idea he would get all of the positive rep, and not Henry. So in an attempt to save his fame, Henry "stole" Obsidian from Afton.

The more Obsidian befriends him, the more she reminds Afton of an old animatronic he used to be best friends with long, long ago. This animatronic was made to essentially make and fix other animatronics alongside Afton, and his name was Vixen. Vixen was one of those friends that acknowledged Afton was psychologically broken, but loved him all the same. He didn't care that his friend was different from everybody else. At some point, though, Vixen randomly disappeared, leaving Afton in a cold-hearted state. After his friend left, he thought there was no one else in this mortal life that could ever want to be his friend and at his side the way Vixen did. Who would want to love a cold-hearted broken murderer anyway?

Obsidian does tell Afton her feelings for him at some point, though. But she isn't one of those "uwu I'm so shy" kinds of people. She's that type that goes, "Listen here you little bastard! I have hardcore feelings for you and it's about time you acknowledge them!"

In my AU, the main reason why it seems like Afton is a villain is because he's so touch-starved. Like, after Vixen left and Obsidian first became a thing he was so cold-hearted just because he lost one of his closest friends. As a result of Obsidian spilling her feelings for him, he is reeaaaaally shocked and perplexed (he didn't think there was anyone else in the world that would WANT to be his friend.)

So he asks her stuff like, "Why me? I'm just a heartless, cold murderer." And she goes on and tells him about how he's the only living person who has made her feel stuff and all that jazz. And shortly after (this is around the time when he's Spring Bonnie) he becomes majorly obsessed with her❤

Thirstrap Obsidian!

What do you get when you mix Spring Bonnie and Obsidian? Thirstrap!!

I welcome Obsidian's newest form (yes I'm aware she has at least four already but this is her costume for Halloween and she needs it, just like all the others!)

Her costume is supposed to be a tie between Spring Bonnie and Glamrock Obsidian. I think she looks absolutely stunning!

Alas, for this reason I named her, "Thirstrap Obsidian," considering the fact that she is the sexiest form OF Obsidian...

As impractical as it sounds, I reaaaallly wanna add Holiday to the fnaf au just because I feel like she would get along really well with Obsidian and their relationship would spice things up. Yet, adding her will not make any sense to the timeline of Obsidian's story NOW....

SO, with that being said, I might make a sequel where there's a completely different world where Obsidian knows Holiday and she helps Obsi with the daily struggles of being an Afton protector❤️

I also think it's pretty silly that Holiday will potentially be apart of 3 different horror games😂

I PRESENT TO YOU.... GLAMROCK OBSIDIAN!!

❗SPOILERS AHEAD❗

In Obsidian's life span, there are a total of TWO times Henry tries to throw her out (because she is so dangerous.) The first time she comes back because she feels SpringTrap's energy, and she aquires a couple of scratches from that. The second time she gets buried under the pizzeria that the MegaPlex is built upon, and she becomes Withered Obsidian. (Ironic that both SpringTrap and Withered Obsidian are trapped there at the same time, but don't know that❤️).

BUT, Obsi does not decease quite yet. Her heart-shaped heartbeat on her chest is still active, which means she still lives. After reactivating herself, she realizes that this is her chance to finish what she started-- protect Afton and gain revenge on those that opposed her.

In order to maintain an incognito disguise, Obsi decides to cover her withered self with a Glamrock version of herself. Afterwards, she went down to the basement in search of how to continue her work.... and that's where she found SpringTrap❤️

Her other possible interest in this time period is Glamrock Bonnie

"I would do ANYTHING for Afton!" -Obsidian

FNAF OC, OBSIDIAN, COMES TO LIFEEE

It's been a long time since I've been here, but I'm SWINGIN back with some even better stuff!!

This post is mainly meant to introduce my newest FNAF oc, Obsidian. I quickly came up with her two nights ago and developed her story with @maddrumsticks (tysm). Since Obsi is such a new character, there's only a few details I know about her, so I'll share that in here.

Obsi is a demi-girl Ampwave Animatronic that particularily uses the underside speakers on her paws to attack. She was programmed by both Henry and Afton to protect them, but Afton was able to mess with her code so that she was MUCH more effective towards him. Obsidian is a VERY sentient animatronic so she can feel all sorts of weird things without a soul.

Finally she comes to life in the Fnaf timeline, and she is ON IT with protecting both guys.... especially Afton. She always seems to be around HIM more than Henry, and her time spent around him makes her more and more of a simp for him.

Because Obsidian was programmed to protect both guys, she saw that Henry wasn't as much of a target that she needed to be around and eventually stopped chillin' around him. On the OTHER hand, Obsidian started hanging around Afton like a druggee outside a thrift store. At this point, she was OBSESSED over him, and swore that her only purpose in life and reason to live was to protect Afton specifically. He started finding her even more useful since she quoted that she would do ANYTHING that he asked her or wanted her to do for him. And alot of that was secret murder.

At some point, after Obsi committed all these things for Afton, Henry found out what she was doing. He realized that this prototype they'd created was far TOO dangerous and couldn't continue protecting them any longer. So he threw her out to be forgotten. And this made her very... very pissed off.

Being unable to leave her position because of unmotivation, her hatred for Henry grew severely over the next couple years. The thing that finally allows her to leave is when Afton "dies." She gets this sense of energy and goes to look for her only will to live. In a sense, her story is a story of vengefulness and redemption.

Keep in mind, this is still a wip, so I will be adding on and changing a couple of things.
