Relaxation for sleep problems can bring major improvements to your sleeping habits if stress and tension are the cause of your sleeping issues.
However, if you have sleep issues, maybe even long term insomnia, you’ve probably heard that changing the way your bed faces can make a difference. And it’s certainly worth trying this little known ‘trick’.
Let me first explain to you, this little ‘trick’ as I’ve referred to it, does not involve any relaxation techniques involving self-hypnosis, meditation or any type of Jedi mind trick.
You’ve probably heard changing the direction your bed faces can affect the quality of your sleep. The problem is after searching the web I’ve discovered that there appears to be no single direction to face you bed. By that I mean every website seems to be promoting a different direction as being ‘the right way.’
So lots of information yet little, or none of it, being of any good.
