Okay but listen. LISTEN.
No surprise that Kurt didn't kill Creed. That would be like, wildly out of character. And obviously him trying to "save" him or give him the chance to repent or whatever is very on brand even if it was futile
But like, after what happened to Stefan? The brother he grew up with and idolized? Of course he's gonna try to save Creed, his half-brother, even if he is a piece of shit. I think Kurt knew trying to get the Acolytes to spare him was pointless, and I don't think he was really even trying to justify why Creed is the way he is. He just had to try. Maybe not for Creed, but for Stefan
Okay but the dude who has been around since the CRUSADES getting taken out by a regular ass bullet shot by a regular ass guy is crazy
colossus saying illyana would exonerate creed as if her resurrected soul isn't somewhere in hell waiting to torture that bigot
Why is it always doing this. Why can't I be happy

Exodus: "This human founded an anti-mutant terrorist group, created a virus to commit genocide against mutants, and wants to become the leader of the most powerful country in the world so he can continue to commit war crimes against us."
Kurt Wagner: "Yes but have you considered that he has childhood trauma"
Idk what the general consensus will be on this episode, but I quite enjoyed the trial of Grayson Creed because it got at the root of the mutan x human debate and racism in general, which is generally people having a bad experience and extrapolating those feelings to every member of a group.
Creed had trauma from his abusive upbringing as well as general insecurity about not being a mutant himself. His hatred for mutants is as great as his hatred for himself for not being one.
The irony is that Exodus is doing the same thing he’s angry at Creed for doing by judging all of humanity for the actions of a few, even turning on his own people in Colossus when he didn’t immediately rule in his favor, which btw is the same sort of “race traitor” stuff he had just accused X factor of being.
I love X-men so much because so many of these themes can be applied to our real world and obviously the franchise is heavily inspired by the civil rights movement. It’s just crazy how we can all get so caught up in these arguments we become the very thing we’re meant to be fighting against. Instead of trying to learn why the other side is the way they are, we get absorbed in a cycle of violence. An eye for an eye makes the world blind.
"You may not be a mutant but you are very much your parents' son" and this is why we love Kurt Wagner what a vicious takedown of Graydon's character
I may be biased but y'all need to start listening to that fuzzy blue elf he has yet to be wrong
Ok so he was wrong about Creed but you can't lie he clocked his shit at the end there.
Nightcrawler episode delivered just as promised. Moral quandaries with faith. Awkward family reunions. Nightcrawler spitting bars as always and a sick ass teleporting sword fight

Saw someone say they think the person in the foreground of this shot is Steve and if it is it makes the poses and expressions on Sam + Bucky's faces so much funnier.
