Last Stop Hotel has a rumored past of customers checking in and never checking out. The last know visitors to the luxury hotel were an older couple, an author who had strange sleeping habits, a business woman and her daughter, an unhinged man who wore clown make-up, and an athletic young woman. One by one they vanished without notice. Speculation is all the townsfolk have as to what happened to these sims, but some swear they’ve seen transparent apparitions gliding through the walls and across the grounds of the hotel. Now the city has put it up for sale, and await any daring sim to purchase the hotel and discover what really happened.
There’s a haunted and not haunted version of this lot.

Outside includes: 1 hot tub, 1 eating bench, 2 sitting benches, 1 grill.
