so… remember the harpers? yeah, those pixel people who somehow survived fifteen generations without ever meeting the grim. turns out, i might’ve lost my spark and the 15th harper generation has officially given me a severe sims existential crisis.
so i had this idea... back at square one! or, well, before square one.
do you recall theresa harper, the original founder? probably not, but no worries. this time, i'm rewinding to her childhood in chestnut ridge ((because in my headcanon she grew up a full country girl before deciding the big city was calling her name).
except… plot twist: theresa’s not the star. her sister carla is taking the spotlight, and their single mother too - a woman who finds comfort in spotless counters and dramatic romance paperbacks.
On a whim, we feel like spending the morning at the beach before work. Cassia is blessed with short afternoon shifts at the museum, leaving her mornings wide open to spend with her little one. This morning, we crave some fresh air.
Let's see if Isabelle can walk on her newly minted toddler feet to the beach. She is destined to be a sporty para like her daddy, and the beach is just two blocks away.
Ha ha, technically, yes, she could do it.
Also, technically, it would take her until dinnertime to get there. So we are carrying this baby again.
She ate the sand! 🤣🥰
We totally have to get open water swimming someday in this game, right? Until then, we will just gaze longingly at the water and be jealous of our TS4 neighbors (but only the ones living in select worlds where swimming is allowed...)
And she's worn out before lunchtime.
"Up! Up! Up!" She is super offended that her daddy wants to lift weights for a minute instead of her!
Child, you have all of the attention all the time and a 100% full affection bar! And it's not enough???
Para parenting is too real life. Little girlie got clingy. We think it's time for a sibling to occupy her attention.
Matchy matchy, clutter clutter. I still feel like this house, and this room especially, is too bland for this very spritely couple. Too brown. Need more color! (Although I do love matching all my wood tones with the color wheel!)
But I think that crib is definitely ready for some more "try for baby" action!
Guidry: “Alright, don’t panic. I’m a ghost, yes..., but I’m one of the helpful ones. Name’s Guidry. Bit of a specialist in ‘this ain’t normal’ situations. I usually show up when things on the lot start acting up.”
Phee: “…So this is actually happening. Cool. Cool cool cool.”
Guidry: “You’ve got something in this house that shouldn’t be here. And I don’t mean the usual ‘floating plate at 3AM’ kind of problem.”
Phee: “…Define ‘shouldn’t be here.’”
Guidry: “Some spirits pass through. Some linger. And then there are the ones that… attach.
They watch. They wait. They don’t knock, they don’t announce themselves, but they make the house feel… different. Like it’s breathing when it shouldn’t.
If you want to keep things under control, you’re gonna need a séance. Proper setup. Candles, table, the whole interaction menu.
Think of it as… resetting the lot before it escalates.”
Phee: “So you’re telling me I’m being… haunted haunted?
Not just ‘oops, a plate started floating’ haunted?
…I just moved in. I don’t even have the skill points for this. Okay. Great. Love that for me.”
I built this cozy vacation home for my Legacy family to send them on a little getaway. It's located in Gibbi Point, in the Breezy Shrublands neighborhood, where your Sims can relax and even go for a magical nighttime swim among the glowing jellyfish. ✨
By the way, this home also fits perfectly in a Granite Falls world—I originally planned to build it there. Wishing you a wonderful and relaxing stay!

This beautiful, spacious park has everything your Sims need for a fun day out, no matter their age! 🍂
I've already had the chance to play here with my own family, and I absolutely loved it. I hope you'll love it just as much! 💛
The park is located in Brindleton Bay, but it fits perfectly in almost any cozy world, such as Newcrest, Willow Creek, Copperdale, Windenburg, San Sequoia, or Evergreen Harbor. You can place it on the exact lot where I built it and bring your Sims here for walks, picnics, and fun weekends. 😊
