After posting old "Sugar and Ice Drive" idea project from college, I dove right into sketching. The plot and world still need some work.

Perhaps one day I will bring this work to life, but right now I am busy with a completely different project.

I fell in love with one of the most amazing moments in Deltarune 5, and I want to finish it. The angle I chose was so hard, though, that I literally had to create a 3D scene with models just to make it look natural.

I finally got around to finishing the Smolfridge gnomes. Honestly, I was so tired of redoing this version of the gnome that I even forgot about his chin a little bit... and he's really doesn't look anything like the original first art of him....

I decided to rely on some existing references because I was having trouble with his head and body proportions. Before, his head was either too big or he didn't look like the original version.

Though now that I look at the last drawing and the second version of drawing… maybe everything was really good to begin with and I'm just getting worked up about it again...

It's been a while since the trailer of episode 9 of TADC came out, but I still wondering.... How much glass do I need to prepare for the finale? A popcorn plate of glass, a van of glass or a whole train of glass?

I've been working on an idea for one of my old projects for a long time, the details of which only my best friend knows. It was frustrating because the idea itself was so similar to existing works, and I couldn't figure out how to combine all my ideas into a plot that I was happy with. I thought the idea was too complicated to create.

But I think I've finally found the answer.

His name is Haruto. In 2021, I published an old concept of this rabbit from a presentation on DeviantArt and made a redesign of him in 2022 for my term paper.

A 17 years old rabbit works part-time as an ice cream vendor in his van and generally loves it. His mouth is always hidden by a scarf, and no one quite knows what emotion he's showing, so those around him have to rely on his eyes. He often presents himself as serious and a bit reserved guy, but some peoples call him a weirdo for some reasons. He is quite shy when he is praised for his work, and also blushes at the sight of a cute female rabbit he knows that he likes. His height is 75 cm (for now).

And this is a "draft storyboard" of racing game trailer called "Sugar and Ice Drive".

According to the presentation's plot, the town where Haruto lives has been cursed for quite some time. Initially, there were only two curses: residents couldn't leave the town, and those who entered became anthropomorphic animals, whether they wanted to or not. However, for some reason, a third curse emerged: anyone who despaired would lose their colors and turn into a soulless doll. Because the residents have long lived in these conditions, their children don't know they are humans. Haruto is one of them, deciding to save his mother and the rest of the town from the final, terrible curse by teaming up with Zaria, a cat-like creature whose true form is revealed by her protective amulet. But what secrets and mysteries will they have to face to achieve this? And how will Haruto react to his human form?

Speaking of which, I was recently thinking about his human form, which he receives thanks to his seal pendant. I really liked these sketches (although I think his faces look quite different here):

In some ways, I'd like this project to become a reality. But I'm currently busy with other ideas for larger projects and am trying to at least bring them to life. However, I wanted to practice drawing guys, so I did this with Haruto.

Today is April 1st, so here is a sketch with beach version of Gangle:

I just sketched her out. I thought it needed a crossover with the song "World is Mine," so I gave the song's original cover a unique spin.

Whether I'll color it digitally is a big question (I still haven't finished Ralsei and Smolfridge the dwarf…).

Recently I was reminiscing about an animated series I watched when it was on air. It was called "O.K. K.O. Let's Be Heroes." The series itself is quite interesting and cozy, but I somehow forgot everything about it, right down to the setting, its creator, and the reason why they ended production after 3'rd season. But its characters remained in my memory.

And after one incident that knocked me off my feet for three weeks straight, I've become interested in it again and even plan to rewatch some episodes. And now I can't think about anything else but the series and its characters.

It would be great to draw fan art or a crossover with them, but I don't even know what exactly I'd like to see. I'm still slowly working on what I already have. But I can’t even think about stopping, even for a while, and because of this I get completely stuck.

I'm serious when I say we gotta give Temmie Chang half the credit for Making Undertale (and Deltarune)

She's got an animation degree, I know the art in Undertale gets underappreciated sometimes because it's trying to evoke an older simpler style, but the art in Undertale is legit amazing and without Temmie, none of Toby's ideas would have been able to be realized (without finding some other artist and animator)

She deserves more flowers for being the one who made the vast majority of the art assets for an entire game that is one of the most commonly cited games as an influence on others (her style is so beloved and recognizeable, there's a fully complete Undertale fangame emulating it)

I recently learned that TS4 SimRipper had been updated, so I reinstalled it. Now I'm working on a small render with my characters.

In fact, I took the interior for the 3D scenes from Risa's family house in the game (when I also decorated the "Arisa's room" in the basement). I didn't exactly recreate the shaders, of course, because I didn't fully understand how to combine some of the emission textures like with wallpaper from "Vampires" game pack, as the pattern created a glare in the light.

I also thought that among the game poses I could find animations of characters in stages of grief, like in the images below, but I have only found a few of them so far, and ended up using one of them to Risa. Overall, when the grief system's arrival in the game, I can't get over how characters react to events and the emotions and moodlets they display. It really enhances the game.

I didn't think I'd be so stuck on the design of Cure Odette and Cure Odile. Balancing between ballet and Precure is quite difficult.

I don't even know how to balance the details on their outfits against the backdrop of the "Nutcracker" team so that it looks harmonious and in keeping with the current style.
