it is AMAZING.

post canon SVSSS, LBH and SQQ are solid into their relationship. they’re the best husbands. wifeplots left and right but they’re masters of it by this point. then a “super villain” manages to “recreate” Xin Mo, on no! after soundly defeating said villain, both SQQ and LBH go to destroy Xin Mo 2.0 but…

it doesn’t go right. time and space get torn and both of them are torn apart…

sqq wakes up in a crowded city - still old xianxia but feels… older some how? he is out of place in his robes and people are staring at him. then he comes across some kids beating a dog and chases them off — only to realize they were beating a kid. and this kid is all wrapped up in bandages with only one eye showing…

lbh, on the other hand, wakes up in the middle of a palace. he wakes up to a young man worriedly crouched over him, feeding him water, and saying he must have passed out from dehydration. this young man is a prince, apparently, with both a guard and a servant watching lbh warily.

essentially: both sqq and lbh wake up separated in tgcf, sqq with HC and lbh with XL.

they keep finding each other and trying to escape this world, but when they do they get launched into the future of tgcf instead of back to their home world.

lbh ends up at xl’s side, watching his downfall and trying to stop it.

sqq beside hc when he dies and grieving the loss of this child he was a sort of a shifu to

lbh and sqq keep finding each other, using each other to help them through their grief and keep trying to return home but *something* is stopping Xin Mo 2.0 from working right.

tgcf universe with lbh and sqq there to… add some flavor and spice things up.

lbh plays literal devil on xl’s shoulder, but more of to help him realize his feelings and that he is g a y.

sqq helping hc not hate himself so much. hc finding it SO funny that he has to bend down for sqq to pat his head. hc also finding it HILARIOUS when sqq pats his head in front of the ghost population because everyone is SO SHOCKED the mighty Crimson Rain Sought Flower is allowing this human cultivator to pat his head

lbh trying to teach xl to cook and being CONFOUNDED on how xl keeps fucking it up? him being able to eat the cooking anyways because he is a heavenly demon immune to poisons
