Dear breakfast sandwiches, Here's what you're made of: ~eggs from the family's free range chickens (they were scratching around outside while I was cooking) ~homemade mayonnaise that was made using one of our free range eggs. Very yellow and creamy. ~bacon, because everything tastes better with bacon ~organic spring greens ~homemade bread that was buttered and fried alongside the eggs in the bacon grease (fat means flavor) ~salt and pepper to add a little bit more zing ~you were delicious and I loved you. P.S. These photos were taken over the summer when the house kitchen was literally inundated with giant zucchini and our hen's eggs. I had to make a ton of zucchini and egg related dishes, the bread above being one of them.
