Anxiety is a real thing.
Depression is a real thing. And the way they hit you randomly out of nowhere is a REAL THING.
These past couple days have been HARD. Hard is definitely an under statement. Things have been almost impossible to handle. I feel like I have no control over my mind or my body. And if youâre familiar with this feeling, you know you feel completely powerless, weak and completely not yourself. I have dealt with anxiety for many years but this type of anxiety is something that I am not used to dealing with.
I just want to get past this and to feel some type of normalcy again...
