I love the collective delusion of the avatar fandom refusing that Neteyam and Tsu’Tey are dead

Okay so I’ve been reading a lot of avatar:wow fics and a lot of them are sooo good, but I have picked up on some small pet peeves, it’s fine if you do this, it’s just my personal taste

-Having Neytiri being a raging mother that hates anyone who’s different. (Like, c’mon, man, her kids are half breeds and she loves them, her mate is Jake Sully, a guy who was a human in the avatar program and then was converted into his avatar body)

-Saying that the reader who’s usually paired with either Jake, Neteyam, or Ao’nung will be the future Tsahik. That role isn’t the queen, it’s the medicinal and spiritual leader. While it does tend to be like the mate of the clan’s Olo’eyktan, it doesn’t have to be. Hence, Mo’at still being the Tsahik while Jake is Olo’eyktan. It’s also more likely that in an alternate universe where the Sullies didn’t move to the Metkayina and if Neteyam became The Olo’eyktan, Kiri would be the Tsahik due to her connection with Eywa and knowledge of herbs and medicine

Right, so I’ve gotten desperate to the point of turning to tumblr and making a whole side blog for this (it wouldn’t fit with my dc posts or my Ghostface posts)

So I’m writing this story that’s fantasy yet reality at the same time. There’s carriages and cell phones, fairies and MySpace.

I need name ideas for two places:

1. Underwater kingdom that has mermaids and such

2. Land kingdom that isn’t as prominent as the other two land kingdoms (Elysia the trading hub and Camelot the biggest and most densely populated). This one is seen as more of a “poorer” kingdom than the rest.
