PLEASE REBLOG, PEACEFUL PROTESTERS WATER CANNONED IN SOUTH KOREA (14/11/15)

The citizens of South Korea are currently being oppressed with brute force by the government, Please reblog and help spread the word and bring awareness to the current situation

The recap:

Korea’s current PM, Park Geun hye has proposed to make complete alterations to the nation-wide textbook, consiting of heavily biased views about past events in order to manipulate and warp both history and it’s citizens. The new textbook condemns the Korean independence movement as well as glazing over the dictatorship of her father, erasing the history of thousands who were abused over his leadership.

A group of protestors, consisting mainly of uni and young high school students has decided to gather at Gwanghwamun for a PEACEFUL PROTEST (met all regulations, has been reported/notified to the police PRIOR the protest) when all areas leading to the area was cut off by police.

They have since fired WATERCANNONS (WATCH VIDEO) laced with capsaicin/tear gas (X) and oil, blasting at random at protestors AS WELL as ambulances and other volunteers trying to give first aid. A man has been blased in the face and is in critical condition while many others are injured or currently are being brutally mishandled by police. The tear gas used by the government has been notified to consist dangerous levels of capsaicin and  465.75 LITRES has already been spent already in close proximity of the protestors in just few hours. (Korea is also undergoing the worst drought in 40 years. Yay) BUT MOST OF ALL, THE GOVERNMENT IS HEAVILY CENSORING ALL THIS. They have censored the most popular website naver.com, erased all of the news headlines and refused to broadcast the current situation in all national TV news channels. We have no way of communicating without the censorship of the Government without depending on SNS.

“I guess.” Jae shifted his weight onto his left foot as the two dismissed the subject. It was never a pleasant one. Not to talk about or to remember, it just wasn’t something that Jae was proud of and a lot of those memories held explainable pain. Minho, being the friend that he was, understood that well. He had been through his ordeal. “Should we head there then?” Jae asked, turning his head to look at Minho. “Uh… well, the only person I would think to really have to tell would be Nat. She’s the one who takes care of me and all so she would definitely have to know what was up.. she would also have to be able to touch and set up the chains without them harming her. Since she brings me down to the cellar and all that.”

Minho was not interested in making those tormenting thoughts of the past return to the other. He too had things happen that he had done himself and never been proud of either. His thoughts were simply on the task at hand, and that was helping his best friend, the closest thing he had to a brother. “That might be the best plan.” He nodded at his own response before turning. “Of course. There are many different types of energies we can infuse into the chains that will not cause any harm or issues to Nat. What we’ll do when we get into the lab, is I will show you some of these energies and what they can do. Nearly all of them are not dangerous to humans, the ones that are will be excluded entirely. We won’t even dare experiment on that level, though I would never experiment on that level ever. By learning how to feel, how to live, it’s been the eye opener of a lifetime.”

Silence. That was all Jaejoong had for Minho’s comment. How stupid he felt, why would he have not thought of that earlier himself? Maybe it would have helped to prevent a lot of the bad things that happened because of him. But what was done was done and lingering on it would just make him unhappy, partially depressed (again). “Well then.” He said. “I never really thought of that before for some reason. That might work though. I’m not sure how effective it will be though considering we don’t really know what I am. I don’t have a standard, I don’t have a weakness. Like superman with kryptonite.” He tried to explain though was unsure of whether Minho was getting the message he was trying to send across. “Where would we go to get that done?”

Feeling it best not to linger on the subject of not thinking about it before, Minho had a response to what was said. "When we're on the verge of becoming something that is not who we are tends to make you decide quickly. The only way we can really find out is by trial and error. That's understandable though, it's not like you go looking for the answers unless it's killing you to know, right?" Minho was fairly certain he was on the same page, just unsure of if his wording made any sense. "There's a lab in the basement of the castle. For the most part, I do know how to fuse different energy sources to various objects, chains shouldn't be difficult. It's something we're better off working on without really letting anyone know unless it's dire that they need to know."

Jaejoong was staring at a wall of chains and Minho, who just waddled to stand to the right of him was staring at it with him. For some it may have seemed inappropriate but it had nothing to do with anything of that matter. They were looking at chains for Jaejoong since it seemed that his cycle was beginning again and the last set he broke. “I would ask which you think would be best for like not hurting me.. but considering how much I pull on that shit I guess that’s unavoidable.” Grumbling, his arms crossed over his chest. “I just need to make sure that they’re sturdy. The last thing I want is to hurt Nat or Ae Hee… and uh, anyone else in castle obviously.”

“I’m getting- Hold your damn horses, man!” He wanted to laugh at being called a dipshit but he realized this situation wasn’t exactly queued for a moment of it. He forced himself to move quicker until his eyes were staring at the same thing Jaejoong was. He let himself get lost in thought just for a moment, his attention snapping back a moment later. “Have you ever thought of having them customized with an energy source? It hasn’t exactly been proven completely effective but if they were to be infused with a source that wouldn’t run out it could likely maintain a sturdy strength to prevent you from breaking free and causing damage.” He shifted on his feet slightly, “since neither of us are full human, there are things we can do that normally wouldn’t be possible.”
