I would like to send a public apology to this guy who messaged me on a social media app yesterday. Background information is my current situationship and I have been talking for awhile but had not made anything serious. We both were talking and seeing other people on and off along with seeing each other. Yesterday this guy reached out to me on social media and began talking. This morning my situationship asked to make things official between us and I had to turn down the other guy.

You reached out to me and we chatted for a while. You were so sweet, kind, and respectful. You were very prompt with responses. You were even giving compliments and using petnames. You're energy is very pure and one of kind. I hope that you don't lose that spark.

I am genuinely so sorry and I feel so bad that I couldn't be that person for you, I sincerely hope you find your person who can give all the attention, time, and energy you deserve.
