Sorry but also... isn't Bumi the first born? Honestly I think that makes it even worse because he was the first child of the last airbender. This poor child who didn't choose to be a non-bender was born into a family who was trying to re-populate and entire bending culture. He had so much pressure put on him probably even before his birth and definitely into his earlier years when they were trying to figure out if he was a bender. Bumi is such a champion. I love Bumi so darn much!!

Yep, Bumi is the first born! That comic was made during the Kataang children speculation days, when the character charts put Kya, Bumi, and Tenzin in that specific order, which meant Kya had been originally intended to be the eldest. I have no clue why they made Bumi the oldest of the 3 now, except maybe for more ~feels inducing~ reasons just as you have stated above. ^^

I totally agree about the whole ice sculpture situation. JUST like you, at first I screamed 'cuz my ship was canon in some sense. However, logical attacked me, and I went on the same train of through like "how CARELESS man, do you gotta be?" and also, i couldn't help but wonder "but was putting Merida with someone such a need? like, did she HAVE to be in a pair to have her sculpture? So yeah, mixed feelings for sure. On the side, any more Mericcup art from you soon? :3 <3

You're totally right anon, was putting Merida up there BY HERSELF such an awful idea that they had to google "Merida love interest" or a variation without checking their facts? And that makes me sad in general because Merida is the only princess without a definite love interest in the entire franchise. They shouldn't have included Merida at all if their focus was on the romantic couples rather than experience this embarrassment. Sad and funny thing is no one probably has alerted them about their mistake.I should be drawing more of them soon but don't expect it to be too soon because atm I am quite swamped after having moved countries XD But keep posted, anon!
