wow. it’s been a minute. 

okay so i didn’t wanna clog people’s dash with this but obviously wanted to put something out there for y’all as i feel so so bad. firstly, sorry for dropping off the face of the earth. it’s honestly been a tough month for me in real life – it’s not something i want to go into ( which is a shitty excuse ) but honestly just trust me when i say i couldn’t log on. then when i finally did, it took me till now to find the log-in information.  secondly, thank you to everyone who sent so many kind messages over the time of my absence. you’re all superstars and i miss you, painfully so. it made me super emotional to come back to such warmth especially with how things were left. thirdly, i’d like to say thank you for my time at royals. i honestly have never been in such a welcoming group, and i have been in a fair few over the years, but this place tops them all. the admins are actual angels, who made a great effort towards helping me and also kept in contact with me despite my lack of communication. admins like this need all the love and respect in the world. as do the amazing members that are exceptionally talented, funny and approachable!!

i’m honestly embarrassed for the way that i’ve gone about things. however, i cannot change my past, so i hope that you can all forgive me for my lack of judgement — i don’t know where i stand in roleplay right now so i can only say a big thank you to you all.

I think you might be sick of me by the time we finish the race. I think your body will be very pleased with that decision. We can, we’ll both say a little something before we put them to rest. I haven’t found a good gym yet either actually. I’d been doing yoga mostly. We’ll find one together, preferably one with a hot tub for after the work out. I will, you’ll be a track star in no time. They’ll be so warm and cozy and we can take cheesy pictures by a bright tree. Think of how great that would be!? Shots too? Are you trying to get me drunk? You have to make sure I get back to the villas alright, I don’t want to wake up on the beach covered in sand tomorrow morning.

Ah see, I can always trust in you, Nat! Agreed, this conversation definitely turned out to be our best idea yet. We can be part of something massive and give back for all the great things that we have received. Sick of you? Never... although if you make me cry then it might make me go into hiding. It would only be right to throw in a few words before seeing the end of them – they’ve done a good job over the years. Yoga? Haven’t done that in a while so maybe that’s another to add to the list. Maybe there will be a class in the gym we are going to find, which will also include a hot tub and good snack machines. Track star? Let’s aim for team GB. Or whatever, I guess we could drop the uncle bit if you decide to make a move on me. Yeah, they are pretty great, I’m lucky I met them when I did. Oh, yeah, dude, that’s like my every day. I usually do screwdrivers in the morning, because you need your Vitamin C, but a Bloody Mary will do in a pinch. I’ve mixed some weird shit before when I ran out of liquor. One time I did tequila and coffee liqueur. You can imagine the face I made. But it did the trick.

Thank you, sir! You’ll see my rocking a new outfit by the end of the week. Oh Jesus, being the creepy uncle just seems like too much effort — I’m more like the one that turns up every six months and slips you a fiver to buy me vodka. Wait... is that creepy? You know what, that is very smart thinking with the vitamin C boost! Maybe I should start drinking screwdrivers in the morning ( or bucks fizz for when I’m feeling fancy ) so that I’m always on level. Tequila and coffee liqueur? Why do I suddenly want to try this combination? I remember doing a shot on my eighteenth birthday party called “the cement mixer” which was bailey’s and lime juice. It wasn’t pleasant.

Listen, you can’t change your past or how you felt in that moment ( doesn’t matter how old you were ) and all you can do now is enjoy what was produce from that marriage – two wonderful kiddos! Sometimes I think I have been playing Loki for all of my life, but actually thinking about playing him all my life is - wow. The Loki fan girls actually terrify me, you know that? You can’t do that, you need to tell me who your source is! But… I really am the type that would own a Downton boxset, aren’t I? Can’t even deny it either, I’m the biggest fan of the show. Plants don’t bark at you when you need something like Bobby does. You aren’t the prank mastermind that you thought you were, Booth - you need to be crafty with things.

He is a character that you have become so familiar with, I assume? It’s one of those things that few actors get to experience but it must be such a strange feeling. At least I now know what route to go down on Halloween — just show up at your house dressed as the ultimate fangirl. That would betray confidence! However, it is very British of you to have to boxset so it can never be held against you... it’s practically patriotic. Have you seen they are doing a movie? Get yourself a role! Exactly, it’s survival of the fittest, so if they wanted to survive then they should learn how to bark. It’s the old age, it makes one less crafty!

I’ve finally made it out here, loves. I had to tidy up a few things at the new house (well, it’s more of a cottage really, but certainly a nice one) and then interview for a new housekeeper. My things have only just arrived from England and there are crates everywhere, it’s a nightmare, honestly. Of course I had to go through most of them to find the clothes I wanted to bring, it wouldn’t do to be in the tropics in rags, would it? And I simply had to bring my own tea, who knows what the locals drink here. One shudders to think. If you spot someone on the beach under a parasol, that will be me. My delicate English complexion does not lend itself to tanning.

Lord, it sounds like you had a right time of it. Hopefully things will mellow out once you’ve settled in — though I must admit, it doesn’t take that long over here, as everyone is so welcoming and Royal is a delight. Is there anything more British than bringing your own tea and hiding under a parasol in hotter climates? Nothing else comes to mind. It is rather a task to try and find the right tea outside of England though.

Now this is the vacation I needed. After back to back press tours and two big film releases I am exhausted. I don’t know how you people do it. The last two years have been the craziest years of my life and I’m so tired that I might just retire and stay here! Props to all the actors that have been doing this for years, I have the utmost appreciation for you now. But enough shoptalk, I need a rucksack full of beers and someone to join me on that beautiful trek through the NihiOka valley today.

You must want to hide under a rock after all that! Although they are two cracking movies so you’ve gotta be proud and ecstatic about that. Still, retire and kick around here with the rest of us — we could use a guy with all the facts. Did you ever get to the valley and to drink your beers?

So I hear everyone up and left? I hope it’s not me, I promise I showered this morning. But honestly, it’s nice to move in when it’s quiet. Gives me time to catch up on sleep and mental dexterity until whatever this town does all year is back in full swing. Anyway, hi, I’m Evangeline, but feel free to call me Eva, or E, or Nicole even. I just unpacked while two over-tired kids ran circles around me and now no one can move me from the porch while I enjoy a glass of wine or two. Is this paradise or what?

So the rumours that you smell are just vicious lies? I feel like my entire intel was set out to betray me. Did you get caught up on sleep in the end? The chaos of everyone’s return has surely made you exhausted already? Either way, it’s lovely to meet you Eva — I’m Douglas, or Dougie, whichever you prefer really.  As for this place? This is why you’re my favourite, you get it. Because now that I know you’re out to scare me I’ll be tip toeing around and peaking around every corner worrying about what might be coming. You just like to make me suffer, admit it? Be a proper gentle and hurry. 

The others just don’t get it like we do. Why tell me this? Now I’m going to intentionally be hidden away from you so that there are no corners involved — this means getting creative with my hiding spots. Would I ever admit to such a thing? The only thing I can confirm at this time will be that it’ll be proper gentle.

Not quite fifty, huh? You’re losing your touch in your old age. I think we’ll have a ton of support from our friends and our fans and this will be huge for us and for the charities we’re supporting. I’m really excited about this now! I think that might make next week even worse for you. Your arms will ache but it’ll be your legs that will feel like they’re going to fall off. The best way to train is to hit the gym and bike to really build that leg strength. Then we’ll work on cardio and endurance running. Can we get jumpers like the ones in Harry Potter? The ones with their initial on it that Mrs. Weasley makes? That would be the dream! Five beers? Are you sure you don’t want to bring six just to even it out?

Fifty would seem over the top... or maybe I am getting old and losing my ways! Don’t let the others know. Between the two of us we will get a great deal of support, which will ultimately be fantastic for the charities, and hopefully gain them a lot of attention and money. It’s something to look forward to the next couple of months, plus it will allow us to spend more time together! What’s not to love? Maybe I will eat salads then instead of the fries, or a balance of both. Can we hold a funeral for my legs then? You will be my guidance to the best gym in Royal, as running has been my only fitness since arriving. See! You know what you’re doing with all cardio and endurance stuff, teach me your ways sensei. Please, it has to be done – we’d definitely suit little ‘N’ and ‘D’ jumpers. They’ll be ordered this evening. Okay, six followed by some sort of spirit shots.

They don’t find them half as funny as I do. Excuse me, there will be no scaring. No, no, no. I draw the line there… Don’t even think about it! In a week? Why a week? Didn’t anyone ever tell you not to keep a lady waiting?

How insulting of them! Sometimes you just have to appreciate good comedy. Why? It will keep you on your toes. I’ll try not to think about it... try. A week just sounded like the perfect in-between, but I guess it would only be gentlemanly to speed up the process.
