Ogilvie has got to figure out at some point how much of an asshole he sounds and acts like to everyone else or there's no hope of a redemption arc. You cannot work in a team like that, you cannot come out the side of your neck at every available opportunity and then be surprised when someone else comes out the crack of their ass and shits all over your day.
