INDEFINITE HIATUS UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE?

So I keep saying I’m going to come back to this account but let’s be real, I don’t think it’s actually going to happen. 

I have my reasons, but it’s mostly because I don’t feel welcome here or have fun in this community anymore. I don’t know if just taking a long break and just not thinking about this account alot (because it is on my mind but when I think about here I just get anxious), or if doing anything else here would help me at all.I do plan to draw more with Aika, and if I get comfortable with writing her again I’m going to add her to my multimuse ( @faithfulstories ), but as far as coming onto this particular dash, I’m done.

I tried, I really did, and I’ve been putting off posting his because I still have a thought in the back of my mind of making this work. But I’m just going around in circles at this point.

slides in really quick. Also I’m thinking of giving Aika a little bit of a redesign. There are a few things that bother me about her over all design sometimes, and I’m thinking changing a few things might be good. 

If anyone has suggestions for changes (hairstyles, outfit choices, overall aesthetic you think would fit with her, etc), or anything else that would make her seem to fit in more to the world of mha, Let me know! I’d love some feedback tbh

wow i’m actually online??? what???

anyways i haven’t posted in like a month so i figured i need to officially put this blog on a hiatus until like the end of the year. Not 100% sure what my christmas/newyears plans are which is the main reason through the end of the year. Technically got a job now so i’ll be doing stuff for that during my winter break. Until then though I gotta survive finals, last day of school is the 19th and i’m feeling it bros. End me already

Please help me pay my bills...

Hey guys. I know there’s a lot of these going on out there. But I really need the help. I need about 500 dollars to pay my bills, not even including food. The job I have right now is cutting my hours, and even though I’ve tried talking to them, they won’t give me more. If I can’t end up paying my bills by the end of the month, I’ll have to end up back at home with my abusive parents and leave the life I’ve been building for me in Chicago. I wouldn’t ask if I wasn’t desperate. I can offer up some art, but it might take awhile, or I could give out roleplay psds and graphics. I could even go so far as to make entire roleplay blogs for people who aren’t good at coding or don’t have the time. Please help, even if its by just reblogging this post. Thanks so much. I love you all.

“Do I have to?” Came a grumble before she tried to think of something that was actually good about her past.

“I remember the time I started playing instruments, I started with the violin. I think learning to play something right on that thing was one of the last times my parents were actually proud of me. I started playing the violin when I was ten and still play today every now and then, I started playing the piano because of my parents wanting me to do more classical music, that started when I was like 13 I think. My parents always talked about me becoming some famous musician -- figures that when I branched into a kind of music they don’t like they changed their minds.” Of course her recalling anything would lead back to her talking about her parents, it left a sour taste in her mouth.

“I lived in the country for awhile? It was nice in some ways, bad in some others. I honestly hated it that everyone knew who I was, knew that I could play music well - they would always ask me to play at some event and my parents would accept before I could even get a fucking word in. I hated most of the people there, they were small minded and pretty rude. I didn’t have alot of friends growing up, just another kid or two who played instruments like I did. Though we weren’t terribly close. They were pissed I kept my quirk a secret from them, and instantly tried to get me to use it for their benefit.”

“Fuck I don’t know uh--- I never learned how to ride a bike. Instead I learned how to skateboard, or have roller skates. It was how I got everywhere in that country town or I was riding on the back of someone else’s bike. My parents hated it, said I was being too much of a boy using a skateboard, but they also didn’t make any move to buy me a bike-- so it’s their own fault I guess.”

‘Getting out gets harder’ She can’t help but think as she spots a student with a familiar uniform. She was never going to escape UA, was she? In some shape or form it always came back to haunt her. She looks up at her umbrella, and the rain falling hard around them, then back at the brunette girl who’s shivering, caught in the rain.

She sighs, cursing what’s left of her good morals, ‘It’s happening again’. She can’t escape wanting to help people. Damn it, she really, really didn’t like playing hero in any sense of the term. But regardless, she effectively covering her with part of her umbrella. Aika’s shoulder was getting a little wet now, along with some of her hair, but she couldn’t care about that right now. 

“Kid, it was really stupid not to bring an umbrella today.” She looks over at the girl, finally getting a good look at her. Well, at least she was cute.
