They are both coming to a decision about how to move forward with confidence. They might be planning a time to meet up and talk about what actions to take. They are moving with passion and decisive action. They know what they want to do but are planning on how to do it so it does not create chaos.

Hudson is walking away from a painful situation with the help of Connor. He has been holding on too long to past relationships/friendships that are now hurting him. Connor has approached him with passion and love, guiding him through this turmoil as best as he can. Connor is acting like a knight in shining armor for Hudson.
