On the 19th June 2014, I sisterlocked my hair and embarked upon my unapologetic journey of self-love. This blog is dedicated to showcasing this journey where my Black womanhood is at the centre along with my thoughts, experiences and continual growth. Why did I wake up with a headache and temperature the next day??? My body was really like "wtf" and feeling the loss pon my head! I was also super tearful that day 😢 Confirmation of how connected & divine our hair truly is.
