Hear me out, what if the Distortion world was never a prison to trap Giratina but a place Arceus made for him as he wasn't comfortable in the normal world. Mostly because it would be funny if upon learning that humans think he's trapped there Giratina gets offended thinking they are judging his decor choices. Also imagine summoning the Antimatter pokemon and upon declaring that you released it from it's prison it starts insulting whatever place you summoned them in thinking it's your house?
