I'm seriously getting sick and tired of DC fandom on insta. Just saw another story post complaing about how a person because an account likes batcest.

I seriously don't get the hate towards batcesters (predominantly on insta) like if they're not doing anything bad and just enjoying what they like in their corner, why be assholes and post their account on your story saying "another batcesters 😒" or smth like that. Like yea block them if you don't want to see their content, but also putting their account on your story and ig bashing them because of what they like? That doesn't give positive fandom vibes. infact it just feels toxic. Like I made this account purely so I could write my dickjay thoughts cause I'm too scared to do it on my main and that fact that I feel scared to express what I like because it's "weird, taboo and etc" is just sad.

If the batcesters aren't doing anything towards you, there's seriously no need to bash them or rant about it, telling everyone about them. Why can't people just accept that other people will like things that aren't morally okay and be done with it :((

Jason pretending to die, and Dick gets flashbacks to when Jason did die, and then he starts developing severe separation anxiety. Always having to make sure Jason's alive and safe, always clinging to him whenever he can. And when Jason out of sigh, Dick is beyond frenzy, telling the other bats about all these 'what ifs' and that he needs to be where Jay is to protect him.

Hanahaki au where Jason's always had a crush on Dick, but before he could develop the Hanahaki disease, he dies, and then for a few years he forgets all about Dick.

But then after he's back in gotham, reintegrated with the family, his feeling hits him in the gut and now he's throwing up flowers.

And...

Jason knows that Dick would never reciprocate his feelings, he tells a friend about how hard it is, how he'll forever be doomed to throw up flowers until it eventually kills him.

While drinking heavily, beyond his limit, Jason stumbles past on of those hospitals, for removing someone's flower, and thus, their feelings.

It's done, Jason's flowers have been surgically removed, and when he sees Dick? Nothing.

Absolutely nothing.

And that's the thing, because he'd laugh and joke with the other, be angry at Bruce, but with Dick?

Nothing, he talks the bare minimum when needed, no longer prompting conversations like he once did.

Even looked at him weirdly, and gave pitying glances to Dick who was just as confused.

That is, till Babs found footage of Jason entering the hospital and...

Well, all of them are detectives right?

Dick fell to the ground when he heard about it.

Jay, his precious little brother had the Hanahaki disease for him? And now it's been removed?

Dick could only cry. He'd had a crush on Jason himself, after he came back.

Still same old Jason despite the changes, still so kind and empathetic.

And now he's lost his opportunity...

Love the dimension travels trope when shit ton of Dick Grayson's travel to one universe telling this universes Dick how they just want to go back home to their precious Jay and that if this world's Jason isn't taken to let them have some fun time with him, which in turns freaks Dick out, cause firstly, he's in a relationship with Jason in every other universe but his?! And then he goes on to think about all the good things about Jason, how caring and kind he is, how muscular and buff his chest is, and uhh holy shit he's drooling. And yeahh, actually, maybe he should up his game and get with the programme, since it's clear he's missing out on so much, seeing how happy all the other Dick's are. And then the next time him and Jason are bickering, he sees Jason's face turn red, but this time he actually looks at Jason, noting that, he's not red because he's angry, but flustered. And that, gets Dick all flustered as well, not knowing what he should do despite having so much experience before. Yada Yada hard ass battle happens, Jason is heavily injured, the other Dick's berate him for not looking after him, Dick tells back he's trying his best and that if he knew Jason was going to take the hit for him, he's have never let it happen, and then goes to sulk next to the resting Jason, waiting for him to wake up so he can confess his feelings, because he doesn't want to regret anything anymore and Jason's already died once, whose to say he won't again?

When Dick first arrived at the manor, he was quiet like all traumatised kids are.

However, this didn't stop Jason from trying to comfort him, show him that life is still worth living.

And somehow...

Dick became very attached...

It was sudden, really.

The quiet kid suddenly became outgoing, blabbering on and on about this or that.

He smiled as if he was an angel's incarnate, melting everyone's heart.

And yet, he would always stick to Jason when he could.

Always touching him in some way, a full body hug, a casual arm wrapped around Jason's, a small hold on his hoodie.

Where Jason was, you were sure to find Dick.

Just as suddenly that Dick's whole personality flipped, it flipped back once again.

Dick stopped smiling.

Stopped talking, not altogether of course, but only talked to the bare minimum.

It was concerning.

Damian tried to ask what was up, Dick said it was nothing.

And knowing that Dick wouldn't say anything else, he tried to ask Jason.

But Jason just looked at him confused, telling Damian that he's the same as always?

Which... What?

A few years pass, and Dick stayed quiet, never really showing a smile to anyone.

Damian is just glad Dick didn't go back and forth between being concerningly quiet and outgoing.

That is, till one day when they were at a gala, Jason and Dick were out of view, chatting amongst themselves.

When Damian went over to catch a glimpse however, he saw it.

Dick laughing his ass off while Jason just snorts, shaking his head.

And then, Dick closes the distance, embracing Jason into a hug before ultimately kissing him.

This blue screened Damian, stuck there, seeing his two previous brothers...

Kissing each other.

He was about to storm to them, demanding to know what was going on, but then he saw the way the two looked at each other.

Jason looked at Dick as if he was the previous person in the world.

And Dick? Dick looked at Jason as if he was worshipping a God, his glaze so gentle, his smile soft as he breaks the kiss to just cuddle with Jason who happily squeezed him tighter.

Damian sighs, turning to enter the room with all the guests.

He had his qualms about their relationship, but they looked genuinely happy, and who was he to destroy it?

Jaybin who feel in love at first sight when he saw Dick, always having hope that one day, one day Dick will like him (even if it wasn't romantic), that he just has to break through his walls.

But Jason died young, never having seen Dick care for him, looking at him with fondness.

Years had passed since Jason somehow miraculously came back to life.

He had given up his any hope of his childhood dream, Dick would never look at him in even a friendly manner.

One day, Jason woke up, his ears ringings, head spinning.

He could tell what was what.

Had he been kidnapped?

His arms and legs were tied to a bed(?).

After calming down after his initial shock, waiting for the tuning and dizziness to fade, he slowly recounts what happened the day before.

He... He was patrolling like usual, his helmet was hit and most probably damaged. And because of that, he took it off, not wanting the broken pieces to injure him.

And then...

Someone came behind him and covered his mouth with a handkerchief covered in chloroform.

That... Is very concerning.

Just who kidnapped him?!

And the Jason hears the door opening, the light switches on, and a voice he knows by heart starts speaking.

"Oh good, you're awake Jase!"
