No but seriously everyone needs to stop acting like Steph desperately searching for comfort on her death bed in the only way she could without humiliating herself/revealing their identities (despite how totally reckless Bruce and Tim were with hers) by asking if she was a good Robin was like this super sweet moment and proof that Robin wasn't even THAT bad for her and she was still happy to be Bruce's sidekick.

And people also need to stop acting like Steph being murdered because she believed Batman would look down on the only way she could save her own life and choosing not to kill because Bruce magically fixed the evil in her or something is some great heroic character development that made sense for her. Like maybe if she couldn't because she couldn't stand the thought of blood on her hands/being like Arthur/wants him to suffer a worse fate in a prison he can't get out of (false hope Batman will be useful in any permanent way) it would mean more. But she didn't. She does it for Bruce. What the fuck has Bruce done for her. Fuck Bruce he didn't deserve her final moments he didn't deserve her trust he didn't deserve her care or cooperation or attempts to earn his favor he didn't deserve to be the reason she let herself be murdered.

As for the "running far away is your specialty" part, I don't quite understand it. I don't know what she's referring to. Honestly, it sounds like she's mocking him, but I don't know what she's implying. The last time he "ran far away" was flying to some mountain range to brainwash himself because Bruce took him to Ethiopia, but I don't think she was talking about that. Does she mean how he ran away from Gotham and joined the Outlaws after some incident they refuse to mention? Maybe so, but I swear if this is a reference to something about the aditf remake, I will…

(In the remake, Jason went to Ethiopia because he learns that Catherine was alive and was there. He took a plane to see his mother, but he was tricked by Joker and died there. In short, he went to Ethiopia on his own without Bruce like in aditf, and that’s the difference, although Bruce eventually ended up in Ethiopia somehow. I swear if the "running away to some faraway place" part refers to this, that he ran to Ethiopia on his own to see his mother, I would… kill myself with a gun or something. This is no different from the "he disobeyed Batman and died." The "running away" line is better not to refer to the aditf remake. It's better not to. I would die.)

Anyway, it seems she's right. I feel Bruce didn't trust Jason much when he asked him to follow Batgirl, but he still asked him to. I think this is the phase I heard someone mention of Jason with the Batfam, the kind of reluctant alliance after Jason "repents" and Batman temporarily forgives him, and they'll occasionally work together or ask him for help, but Jason still has to remember he's walking on thin ice and just one wrong step and…

Batgirl doesn't seem to trust him much either, while Jason, on the other hand, thinks highly of her. I think they could be very interesting together, although the only time I saw them interact when Jason was Robin, it didn't leave a very good impression on me… *sigh*
