Introducing Noa! Daughter of Quasimodo and Madellaine

A bit of a troublemaker, her first encounter with them (or one of them) was her trying to pickpocket Madellaine in the square. She catches her, but sees an eerie familiarity immediately: she was once the starving child on the other end - when she had tried to steal from Sarousch. Instead of turning her in, she places a few coins in her hand and lets her go - much to Noa's confusion. So, later, when the couple is asked if they'd be willing to foster a troubled child until they could find a place for her, who would've expected they had already met?
