How to Pimp a Butterfly "Premature review" Before I write my review I want to mention; you don't have to be black to retrieve this POWERFUL message.... My first listen to Kendrick's new album was a journey in sound. I heard the outro and got chills. Although my ears were rattled by the explicitness, I was able to listen closely to the message. Here is one major realization I got from this album: Since the album was on loop I realized how Kendrick is a master at syncing his outro with the intro, making it easy to replay the album. So I listened to the album again and understood the parables, revealing the bigger picture, the bigger meaning behind the album 'How to Pimp a Butterfly'. Tupac being the Butterfly and Kendrick being the Caterpillar. The Butterfly can't come back and explain to the Caterpillar what he has to do to fly. Once the butterfly has it's wings it can no longer dwell amongst Caterpillars. I'll let you guys decipher what means the most to you in this motion picture. For me? It was a journey through time and a hope for wings when I depart. - Alberto Burgos
