Low calorie lunch/breakfast
Hey y'all i wanted to share my under 100 calorie go to meal. Im sure most people know about these but incase anyone didn't:
Egg White Omelet
You will need:
1/3 cups egg whites (47 calories)
2 tablespoon shredded mozzarella cheese (45 calories)
1 tablespoon Hot sause (0 - 4 calories depending) (optional)
any other vegetables you want to add (varies) (optional)
Lunch meat (varies) (optional)
Steps:
(If you want, cook vegetables first)
Mix the egg whites with the hot sause and the cheese in a bowl. Add vegetables.
Turn stove on medium to low heat and let pan heat up.
Pour eggs onto a non stick pan (so you don't need oils)
Wait till the egg all turns completely white and fold it however you want.
Take it off, turn stove off.
Enjoy
Depending how many calories you want you can add more vegetables or some lunch meat. With out any additional veggies or meat this is only 92 calories with just the egg and cheese.
Its super quick and easy, and filling. Make sure you get egg whites and not just normal eggs because 2 normal eggs would be 180 calories but 1/3 cups of egg white (equal to 2 eggs in volume) are only 47 calories.
