Glucose bars!!!!! I know they sell them as pills/ tablets but in my country they actually sell them as bars! Kinda like chocolate bars.
they’re only like 10-15 cals a piece and oh man they’re great!! They instantly get your energy and your blood sugar up especially after a fast and you can buy them literally anywhere.
10/10 would recommend especiallyif you deal with a lot of light-headedness, dizziness or nausea from restricting/fasting.

Something that I've realised recently that has kept me from bingeing is my overall attitude towards food. I don't know if anyone gets this but I'm not trying to cram as much food as possible into my calorie limit. Actually I get a bit disappointed even when I cross it halfway. I don't think about how much food I can eat before I get fat anymore. I think about how much food I can eat to not die. Idk but I've been consistently losing weight and I'm past my first GW so yay!
