tdy i asked a customer how everything was after their meal n they said not good. the couple ordered the exact same thing, i ask them if they would like any cheese or onions in their hashbrowns and they said yes to both. I get em what they want but i mistakenly forgot to substitute the guys bread for biscuit, my bad and the guys waffle took forever to come out ngl but his waffle kept getting took by different servers! Then the lady said there was a hair on her bacon but i mistook what she said for “i wanted ham” cus it was loud. So i brought her ham n she said noo theres a hair and i said omg so sorry n got her a new bacon n let her keep the ham. Then she said she was supposed to get peppers in the hashbrowns … she did NOTTTT mention that she literally only said “YES BOTH ONIONS AND CHEESE” when i suggested the onions and cheese. Whatever, customers always right 😐. Then this is when her man went to pay n said it wasnt good and mentioned that his waffle was undercooked. Bitch you shoulda SAID SUM THEN THE FUCK??? anyway i said we couldve remade it for you. And then i was apologizing n said ima make you a new waffle dont worry about it. And he refused and said he isnt gonna eat it. Then dont fucking complain you picky fuck how bout u go to the other restaurant down the street u fucking cunt or better yet get your lazy ass in the kitchen make ur own damn food, and mind u we was all busy as FUCK. Anyway i said okay then sorry have a good day n they left. besides that, i made the most tips in my shift🥳🥳🥳
