New challanges ^^)

Hi all you lovely ones ♥ I have created this blog to motivate myself and those who need the encouragement to never give up on their dreams. I have tied countless amounts of diets and they all end up in failure. I have started a new lifestyle and program. I'm hoping for the best with this new challange. My GW2 I wish to obtain before I go to Thailand again at the end of the year :) SW: 71kg/156,53lb Height:178cm/ 5'10.5 CW: 69kg/ 152lb GW1: 67kg/ 147lb GW2: 65kg/ 143lb UGW: 62kg/ 136lb I would like to wish everyone good luck in their weight loss journey. Events

So we have this major event happening in my town. It's called rocking the daisies where literally everyone from all over comes to. It a four day festival and basically I want to lose 5th before then :) simple as that. Okay maybe it's going to be tricky but I have a month and a half to get there ^^) P.s 5kgs is not alot for me since I'm 178cm tall... I could actually lose about 10kgs, but I'm trying to remain realistic here :)

Finally all set up and ready

I brought in my treadmill from the garage ^^) finally. So iv decided to run every second day with weights on my ankles and arms for 40 mins and the other days in between ill do weights at the gym. Atleast this gives me abit more time to do my work on the days I run at home (plus I get to watch a episode of vampire diaries while I run/speed walk) Today I was on 7.3km/h for 40 mins.. I ended up burning 750cals :D so proud of myself. Plus I bought a new meal replacement today so I can use my PB2 powder in there. It tastes so amazing but so filling at the same time. Hopefully I'll have some results in a month or so. Thanks for reading my post ^^) P.s I'm too scared to even weigh myself at this stage... maybe I will after a week or so :/ yes I'm one of those girls **/

Inlove

I think I might have found the man of my dreams. I'm so dearly inlove with my boyfriend, it's actually scary... everything he does just makes me so happy. I'm not sure what I would do without him. Sorry about the rant. I'm just feeling emotinal as I miss him :(
