7000 step minimum
45 minute full body workout
heavily restrict junk food intake to one day a week
start making food for myself or skip dinner, no exceptions
8 hours of sleep
fast at least once a week
no sugary drinks, only diet or low cal
lose 1lb per week, failure to meet will result in punishment
don't eat any food offered to you
failure to complete any of these will result in punishment
punishments will include
extra 45 minutes of exercise
waking up earlier
sleeping on floor
purging
