Feeling more than a little annoyed. I have been eating healthy and running all week. I have been drinking lots of water, which is supposed to be the secret to weight loss. And I woke up this morning to having gained back an entire pound.
I know this is why you aren't supposed to worry about what the scale says. I just started working out again. Of course I am going to fluctuate and of course I am putting on muscle. I know I am putting on muscle because I already feel stronger. I am running farther than I did even just three days ago.
It is still just discouraging to see a higher number than you were expecting.

5’7, 64kg down to 58kg. Couldn’t be more proud :)
I am a little bummed. I know the scale isn't everything, but I woke up for the third day in a row at 137.8 lbs. I know I just started my diet and exercise routine back up a few days ago, but it would be a little more encouraging if the scale actually moved just a little bit. Then again, I know I haven't run or done any exercising at all in ages, so I could just be putting on muscle.
Sometimes, weight loss sucks. You just want to see steady progress, but we all know it doesn't work like that.
Not giving up. Running this afternoon after I do some paperwork for my new job.
Note to myself: When I eat like crap, I feel like crap.

OH MY GOD
just… woah.
How???
I got in my run this morning! I ran on my own, and it is definitely nicer to run with another person. Having that real-life motivation is so helpful!
Still, 300+ calories burned! This is only day 3 of running and I am already going farther before I have to stop. Yay for progress!
That’s a good question Liz Lemon.
Legitimate question
No really, how?
This is so accurate.
This was me yesterday! I needed to go to the store, but I couldn't justify getting a shower before I worked out.
