"Where are they now?" gameplay

So as part of setting up this blog, I went through all the old petz-related accounts I could find to archive anything interesting I've made of the years. My favorite of these was definitely all my old gameplay challenges, reading back through them was so fun, and I want to try to do more in future

As my first challenge, I though it would be fun to pull some of the petz featured in the oldest couple gameplay posts, so we could see them all grown up and see if their personalities and relationships have changed over the years

First, let's look at the kitties from my 2016 RKC gameplay, the only one I actually fully completed.

Here's Mavrick all grown up!

Though visually he definitely took most after his mom, personality wise he's a mix, showing both his mother's alley cat tendencies and some oshie skittishness from his dad.

Schmendrick and Macavity (now renamed to Macduff) were both good as well, and the whole family seems to get along amicably.

Next, let's check in on Beu and Fitzroy from my 2015 whiskerwick gameplay

They both grew up to be really cute catz. Fitzroy especially is so big for a russian blue!

Their relationship hasn't changed much... Fitzroy seems willing to let bygones be bygones but Beu is still not a fan

Finally I wanted to check up on Errol, from my 2015 PKC gameplay, just to see how he grew up

He too grew up to be really cute dog! Maybe with the resurgence of Confirmation, it's time to get him back in the ring.

Altogether, I had fun checking up on these guys. Rediscovering Mavrick especially was a treat, his personality is so quirky and fun. I want to get to know him more, so he may end up joining my regular companion rotation.
