Made myself some peach iced tea for just under 40kcal, you can make any quantity you want this is just what I used
Brew 500ml black tea (0kcal)
Add any sweetener to your liking, I used calorie free sweetener tablets (0kcal) you could also just use sugar or honey if you’re not concerned about the additional calories
Lemon juice to your liking (around 5-10kcal)
50ml of sugar free peach juice (35-40kcal) I just used the syrup from canned peaches, I buy no added sugar canned peaches
Add ice cubes or leave in the fridge until it’s cold. It’s very filling and I love having it before I know I have to eat, it makes me eat less.

All the calculations and comparisons and “is this really worth it?” keep me browsing the poor wee convenience store for an hour at least. Gotta cross reference the price with the calories with the nutrition and cross reference THOSE with every other item in the store,
And then eventually I cash out with a single low calorie pudding cup for a dollar.
