I’m finally getting around to sharing some Hugo pictures. I’m so bad at this social media thing 😣

This cosplay is super fun!…and very difficult. Soooo many friggin’ pieces!! Just ask prettynerdycosplay (on insta) and how it turned her sewing machine red 😆 I’m so sorry about that 🥲 I commissioned her to make the shirt, pants, vest, tunic, belt and leg guards….and she did an ABSOLUTELY FANTASTIC JOB OMG! Please support her by giving her a follow. She’s so sweet and bubbly!

I made the accessories, shoes, armguards and wig (though I did have a little help given great tips from another friend for styling)

The necklace was the most fun to make! 💕

This is one #dream cosplay down…more to go.

I’m so grateful for my friends. If not for them and my love for cosplay, I’d be even more of a shut-in.

I had the opportunity to meet Neil Newbon at Fan Expo Canada this year (2024). It was my second time going to this event and I enjoyed hanging out with my friends.

I’m cosplaying as Hugo from Suikoden 3. He’s a dream cosplay of mine. I will post more pictures as soon as I get some results back from the kind photographer who worked with me to get some cool shots.

And so now it’s back to reality. Back to work. Back to real life. But for the first time in a long time I’m feeling motivated. I hope it sticks long enough for me to make some fun content.

One thing I really love about Marius/Armand is how Marius after turning Amadeo into a vampire, cries and tells Amadeo that now he is no longer afraid of hurting him by hugging him too tightly because Amadeo is now like him, his own blood, a vampire. And this shows how with how much love, gentleness, control and dedication Marius has always loved Amadeo. It is a very touching thing.

Hiii! I’m not dead!

I’ve been through hell and back this year. Almost left homeless in a foreign country. Escaped a cult. Having to babysit people who are on shrooms. Was accused of “fairy horny energy” (whatever the fuck that means) Being rushed to the hospital due a series of catastrophic events, and so much more. I’ll spare everyone the exact details.

What you see in a minute, took me a year and two months to make. I haven’t made cosplay shoes like this EVER. And I never want to do it again. There are still a few things I need to tweak, but this is it for now.
