Hi everyone.

I come with some not so great news. Skullkidz has officially been rejected for publish and the series won't contiune. I'll post all pitch work soon but this is something that has brought up mixed feelings in me.

This was to be expected but it still stings a bit even with planning to move on no matter the outcome. Sometimes you have to let projects go if they aren't working, and it's time for me to do just that.

Thank you to everyone that has enjoyed and followed my series. I plan to move foward with my new project Hellven and Outerstellar. Not told as full-comics but still stories in their own way.

Storyboards for a scrapped Skull-Kidz! episode. I removed page one since I didn’t like my incomplete work on it, but after that I cleaned up the boards with some nice shading, makes a huge difference. Skully makes an appearance!

I’m working on something BIG for SKZ, can’t say much but I’ve been working on it for 2 months now. I have to be vague but whatever the outcome is , I’ll be going out with a bang.

Skull-Kidz! [Episode 4 - JAILBREAK]

Thumbnails are done for the animatic of Jailbreak! Here’s a little prev. of the episode. The introduction is an inked comic that will be going up this month. Patrons will get early access to it as a lil gift along with sketches/drafts. Also have decided the animatic will have voice actors to read out the script. I’m quite excited for this episode, it’s going to be the first actual non-music video episode I’ve ever made. Thank you for your support and kind comments!

A Bit of Thanks + Updates

Hi, as summer comes to a close;

I’ve been working on my two projects behind the scenes, Calvero aka Bonafide and Skull-Kidz! As I start getting back into the grove with SKZ, I take a moment to realize that I’ve been working on this project for about 3 going on 4 years. The longest time I’ve stuck with something. Lots of things have changed, and even though the story has progressed slowly (animation takes a while) I’m still proud of the chapters I was able to make, especially the prologue. Heh.

I always cared more for the actual episode being creative, new and interesting over trying to tell the story as quickly as possible with a more efficient style. Maybe that’s bad or good? I don’t blame anyone for dropping off honestly. But regardless, to those who stuck around, thanks. Thank you for continuing to support my work, my story and me. It can be tough to continue working on a project like this, that takes so much time. I’m now working on the next episode of SKZ, featuring some updated designs and old faces. We are picking up right after Headless Jack’s episode with Skully stuck in the Gallows, and time is not on her side.
