Started to randomly think about how little I like Kai and Aki as a romantic couple. It’s not well developed, Kai spends too much time disrespecting her and them being the only ones able to completely understand each other because of their condition is not a short cut to romance. I like them as friends, but on god like anyone (age appropriate) would’ve been better as end game. And I genuinely mean that, especially for Kai.
